Cooking time: 9 minutes | servings: 60. Ingredients. 2 1/4 cups flour. 1 small pinch of salt. 1 cup butter, soft. 3/4 cup icing sugar. 1 large egg yolk. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1-2 teaspoon milk. Sift flour and salt on a piece of paper. In the bowl of electric mixer fitted with whisk attachment, sift icing sugar, add butter then beat 3 to 4 minutes until you get light mixture like whipped cream and light yellow color. Add yolk, vanilla and 1 small teaspoon of milk. Beat at slow speed until yolk disappears. Replace whisk attachment with paddle attachment. Add flour and mix at slow speed for one minute until ingredients mix together well. Put some dough in the biscuit maker, then press it to get the petit fours. Place on the pan leaving space between pieces. Bake for 8 to 9 minutes until petits fours golden brown. Leave in the pan to cool completely then place in a serving dish. To Garnish: Put some jam between two pieces of petits fours, stick them together then garnish sides with pistachios. When you put the dough in the biscuit maker press on the dough so that the maker cavity is filled well. Press on the maker several times until the dough comes out from the biscuit maker. you may try some pieces for test until you get well formed ones. If the dough is too firm, add the rest of the milk ingredient. Poultry is eaten more often than red meat. When red meat is eaten it is usually lamb on the coast, and goat meat in the mountain regions. It also includes copious amounts of garlic and olive oil, often seasoned by lemon juice.

diana recommended this book (not your mother's slow cooker cookbook) in someone's comments so i took her up on it. between this and america's test kitchen best of 2009 i've got lots of new meals planned. it's been a very productive week down here: organized yarn, finished my first knit of the year, purchased yarn for my february lady sweater, finished another sock for my FIL, got my inspection and emissions test done, got a bang trim, changed the oil in my car, only drank one night and ate healthy 6 out of 7 days. cheers!!

1. I am thankful for a perfect sized slow cooker and the delightful food that comes out of mine. 2. I am thankful for asking Michelle about lithography. I will let you know more about, “I am currently working with Amber Dalton on an exhibition we hope to have completed by next spring! Exciting stuff :D” as I learn more! :) Exciting stuff indeed! :) 3. I am thankful for finding some interesting art and artists while using Google to investigate if there are many fellow artists creating work similar to what I am making at the moment. Artists of interest are: 1. William Lamson: I enjoy his work because I find it has a sense of humour even when dealing with more serious subjects. An example is a a photo of a yellow balloon on a long string placed in front of a security camera. 2. I found Lamson on Strange Attractor and thought it deserved its own mention. 3. I found Hazel Dooney a few weeks ago through Art of Non-Conformity. Her work is not all safe...
