my new favorite recipe: use boneless pork ribs, chopped up into smaller pieces. marinate in a ton of soy sauce, a spash of olive or veggie oil, grate a big hunk of ginger into it and add some lime juice. the longer it marinates, the better! grill it and watch everyone come on by for a bite.

The Saveur magazine I bought at SeaTac airport while waiting for Jeremy's flight to land was certainly worth it: this recipe for sweet and sour roman pork chops is awesome, and the accompanying peperonata and broccoli with chili and garlic are fab as well. I've made the pork chops twice in a griddle pan on the stove, but I can't wait to try them on the grill when we finally get our BBQ.
